Pathways World School, Gurgaon
In the 3rd consecutive year of the Student Exchange Programme between Pathways World School, Aravali, and Chadwick International School, Incheon, South Korea, Primary School hosted a group of 10 students and 3 teachers from Chadwick International School between the 7th and 13th of December, 2019.
Chadwick International School is an IB Continuum School in South Korea, making the exchange more meaningful for students and teachers. The week of the exchange went by with the guests engaging in a plethora of activities and engagements to experience the rich Indian culture and heritage.
The students and teachers participated in various activities along with attending PYP classes with the Grade 5 students in PWS such as morning sports, Gond Art session, Indian Music and Dance sessions; visiting the home of Mr. & Mrs. Sunil Bhardwaj to have an insight into village life along with a walk to the nearby forest reserve and organic farm; visit to New Delhi, Kingdom of Dreams and Lohagarh Farms; and Parantha Making session to name a few.
The week ended with a Special Assembly where the teachers and students shared their experience with the Primary School and played some Korean quizzes and games with the students.
In the month of April, a group of students and teachers from Pathways will be visiting their school in South Korea to continue this enriching exchange.
