Admission, Fees, Scholarship & IB curriculum at Pathways

For any inquiries received either online or on the phone, parents are requested to fill out an Online Application Form. Depending on the family's requirements, a School Tour is scheduled, during which parents and students are invited for a guided tour of the school.

If the parent is interested in continuing with the Admissions Process, they are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee and submit relevant documents. Placement assessments are then scheduled for students in Grades 6 -12, while Primary School students have a verbal interaction.

After the written placement assessments are duly reviewed, the parents and student are invited to meet with the head of admissions, school principal, and school director for an interaction.

If the admissions committee approves the student's placement, a fee invoice is raised which must pay the fee within 3 days of receiving to secure a seat at PWS.

Yes, the school accepts student applicants from other curriculum. The school may require such students to undergo a placement assessment to determine their academic level and proficiency. Based on the assessment, the school will determine the appropriate grade level and program for the student.

Students may transfer into Grade 10 and 12 only if they are transferring from a similar curriculum, IB MYP and IB DP respectively. Admission is based on reports from their existing school along with a placement assessment and interaction at PWS.

Payments can either be made online by visiting Fee Payment or through cheque/demand draft issued in favour of “Pathways World School Revenue Account”. In case of payments by cheque/demand draft, student’s name and ID No. must be clearly mentioned on the reverse side of the cheque/demand draft.

Prospective students in Grades 6 - 8 undergo a written placement assessment, assessing their proficiency in English and Mathematics. Grades 9 - 12 applicants are additionally evaluated in Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).

The Assessment process is designed to identify if a student requires Additional Learning Support or English Support, which is then addressed collaboratively by our Academic Team and the Parent.
