Coffee Conversations Morning for Early Years and Grade 1 Parents was facilitated on 20th August 2019.

The idea behind the event was to interact with the Parents over a cup of coffee and give them a brief about what the Semester entails. The sessions began with interesting 'Ice breaking' activities to familiarise parents and teachers with each other. Important events, dates, happenings and other details were shared with the parents to help them plan the year ahead and to aid their wards' learning meaningfully.

Parents were informed about how Sustainable Development Goals have been incorporated into the Program of Inquiry and how students will be applying Approaches to Learning skills to inquire into various units. The session ended with Parents writing a goal for their wards, which would become a part of the self-goals identified by the students in their new learning jouney.
