• Printmaking Workshop February 16

The Visual Arts Department organized a 5-day workshop on Contemporary  Printmaking from 2nd February to 6th February for MYP 5 to DP2.

The workshop was conducted by renowned contemporary Printmaking artist Ms. Priyanka Batra. She is presently working with Lalit Kala Artists Studio-Garhi, New Delhi, and has experience conducting exhibitions and workshops on national and international platforms.

Students got exposure to contemporary and traditional printmaking techniques and methods such as Woodcut printmaking, Linocut Printmaking, Etching, mix media printmaking, etc.

Students enjoyed and learned several hands-on techniques and strategies and truly enjoyed this experience. Parents and teachers also actively participated in this workshop and experienced printmaking processes and ways of creating languages through imagination and creativity.
