From the lens of the courageous and fervent campers, the Summer Camp seems more like a roller coaster ride packed with exciting adventures and joyful moments. The gentle cool breeze in the morning beautifully supported our expedition to the Aravali Ridge to watch, listen and admire the birds and the flora.

One could witness lots of excitement during the Theatre Workshop as the campers engaged in think-aloud sessions in groups to generate new ideas that could be woven into their self-composed script for the upcoming performance. They attempted to synchronise words and actions with their meanings as they communicated the intention of the movements and gestures.

Our aspiring filmmakers have started work on producing short films with careful attention to details such as camera angles, focus, and direction. The older age group was full of verve and vigour to see their dance routine come together as one piece. While the younger group designed steps to incorporate into their Jazz routine. Our product designers were occupied with the creation of fridge magnets and photo frames and are looking forward to showing these distinct conceptions to their parents and friends.

In the debating session, the older age group participated in an Asian Parliamentary style debate on the topic: Time travel should be a vacation option. The other group learned the art of a Balloon Debate and was thrown the challenge to convince everyone why their character deserves to stay on an overweight hot air balloon. The thoughtful and persuasive deliberations were a delight to witness! Our campers indulged with song compositions. They engaged in a writing spurt, sifted phrases and supported these with a rhyming scheme. We are now waiting for another bright day adorned with amazement, collaboration, and loads of fun.
