Storytelling is the oldest form of education' T. T Williams

In their journey of inquiring into different genres of Literature, the Students of Grade 3 had the privilege to meet and interact with two authors and storytellers Ms. Divya Sethi and Ms. Shailja. Ms Sethi is an entrepreneur, who runs an experiential learning centre 'The Story Goblet'. Ms Sethi helped the Students to consolidate their learning about the different genres of stories.

Students were engaged in meaningful activities to understand the elements that make up a story. With the use of props and creative illustrations, they created their own stories and shared it with their peers.

Ms. Shailja is a storywriter, storyteller and a blogger. She runs an after-school enrichment centre and conducts Creative Writing workshops in Gurgaon. Students were encouraged to give an alternate ending to stories and they enthusiastically came forward to present their twisted tales.

Both these sessions helped the students to understand how the elements of a story combine to create magic.
