With the first round of predicted grades and early application on the horizon, chatter in the halls is all about university and college. To spur the students’ keen interests and help them be better informed about the way ahead, a college advisory session with representatives from six US universities was held. 

The universities in attendance were Penn State, Rutgers, Ohio State, Michigan State, University of Wisconsin Madison, and University of Missouri. The session started off with introductions from the universities’ respective representatives. Each of them spoke about their universities’ status, geographical location, courses offered, and other key features. This was followed up by a question-and-answer session where the representatives provided useful knowledge about intricacies such as subject requirements, the pressure of applications, and more. 

To wrap up, students were able to speak one-on-one with the representatives to learn more about their universities of interest. This was aided by an assortment of colourful brochures and pamphlets that delved deeper into the universities on offer.
