• Virtual Senior School Inter-House Competition October 15

On the 9^th of October, Senior School conducted its first ever Online Inter- House Competition for Grades 11 and 12. In light of the recent COVID- 19 pandemic that has resulted in students and teachers alike having to stay home, Senior School recognized the importance of incorporating physical activity in the lives of its students.

The Senior School Student council members and with the support of Senior School Principal, Ms. Manjula Shenoi, IBDP Co coordinator Ms. Mona Sharma and Ms. Ila Pandey, HOD Sports Dr. Prabhat Pandey, Senior School Sports Coordinator Mr. Pramod Kumar and the Physical Education Team conceptualized an online Inter- House Competition! Each house would get an opportunity to organize Inter- House events.

Air House led the way with the first event- a Circuit Challenge. A total of 10 participants from each house – 5 boys and 5 girls recorded and submitted a video of them performing a circuit challenge for 2 minutes. This circuit consisted of 5 Jumping Jacks, 5 Squats, and 5 Burpees. The goal was to complete as many circuits as possible in 2 minutes! The winning house would be the one whose participants together performed the most circuits!  Students were extremely enthusiastic to participate in this challenge and it was extremely heartening to see such zeal in the students of Senior School!

In the end, however, only one house could prove victorious- Water House! Congratulations to all participants!
