3 students from Middle School and Primary recently took part for the first time ever in an online State Level Yoga Championship held by Jaypee Public School, Noida.

The Competition and the asanas expected to be performed for the final round were extremely demanding at every level of strength, balance and flexibility. With less than a week to prepare our competitors Ripudaman Tyagi of MYP1, Tanvii Bhardwaj of PYP5 and Samaira Bhatty of PYP2 put their heart and souls into the rigorous specialized training under the guidance of their yoga teacher and grew in the process which brought out the best in them.

The Students delivered the final poses with the finesse and poise which one might take several years to achieve. They have made the school proud with their participation.
