This semester the Wellbeing team very mindfully incorporated the topic “Bullying “ in the P.U.L.S.E. Module, taking into consideration the need of the hour. The Workshop was conducted for Grades 7 & 9 on Tuesday, 11th February 2020 by Ms. Aastha & Ms. Hridhi, Clinical psychologists from the organization called “School of Life”

The entire session centered around getting an insight into various types of bullying, ways to stop bullying, legalities behind bullying, etc. The session started with an ice breaker where the students were asked to write something good about them and then to think of something unpleasant been said to them ever.

This activity helped them understand the impact of one's words and actions, and how important is to appreciate your own self. The students really enjoyed the session as it was evident from the discussions that took place. The similar workshops are planned for the remaining Grades in the weeks to come.
