On the 5th of August 2022, the Investiture ceremony was held for the official induction of the first Secondary School Student Council. This was the first time in Pathways World School, where two programmes, that of MYP and DP, were combined to form one student council with a vision to provide a larger synergy between the two schools.

The event took place in the auditorium in the Panini building, where the entire student council was assembled and given badges one by one. Starting from the middle school council members, from the public speaking, science and innovation heads to the senior school council members, everyone was given the badges.

Teachers of their own respective fields were the ones that gave the badge to the council members. The house captains and then the presidents were given the flags to hold and took the oath and a pledge to serve as role models for the school. The event ended with the national anthem.
