One of the most flavourful highlights of the term, Zambezi’s Paratha Night brought together the boarding community for an evening filled with warmth, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of freshly made stuffed parathas. From classic aloo and paneer to mixed vegetable fillings, each paratha was served piping hot with traditional sides—tangy pickles, creamy curd, and a generous dollop of butter.
As students gathered around to savour the meal, conversations flowed and memories were made. The cozy atmosphere recreated the feeling of a home-cooked dinner, offering both comfort and cultural celebration. It wasn’t just about the food—it was about connection, tradition, and the joy of sharing simple pleasures together.
