A Feast of Flavours and Friendship: Zambezi’s Paratha Night

One of the most delightful highlights of the term, Zambezi’s Paratha Night brought the boarding community together for an evening brimming with warmth, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of freshly made stuffed parathas. From classic aloo and paneer to mixed vegetable fillings, every paratha was served piping hot, accompanied by traditional sides—tangy pickles, creamy curd, and a generous dollop of butter.

As students gathered to enjoy their meal, conversations flowed freely and memories were made. The cozy atmosphere recreated the feeling of a home-cooked dinner, blending comfort with cultural celebration. More than just a meal, the evening celebrated connection, tradition, and the joy of sharing simple pleasures—reminding everyone that some of life’s best moments happen around the table.
