MUN Sanskriti School August 4Pathways World School, Gurgaon
From 14th to 16th July, four students from MYP 4 and MYP 5 participated in the three day virtual conference, the annual MUN hosted by Sanskriti School where students all across India participated and discussed matters of political and social concern. It was a journey full of learning, fun and discussions around some important issues that plague our world.
Over the next few days, students were divided into their committees and commenced their research and discussions on their respective agendas. The speakers debated on political, social and economic issues and created draft resolutions to come up with solutions. It was a great opportunity for students to meet participants from across the country and work towards creating a better world.
The Closing ceremony on the third day was full of fanfare. The prize distribution ceremony had all the students excited. One of the MYP5 students from PWS, Yana Kundu received a verbal mention for her participation as a Delegate of Russian Federation. The conference was a great learning experience and helped the students build on their communication and social skills.
