‘#Inspireability,’ was a two-day event hosted by the Middle School, led by MS Student Council, backed by MYP4 interns. Following the traditions of a TedX Conference, this year’s themes were ‘The Perpetual Shift’ and 'Never-Ending Construction’.  The event provided public speaking exposure and an opportunity for the 21 budding speakers and Guest Speakers, Mr. Harinder S. Sikka and Mr. Vikramjit Rooprai, who spoke over the two days.

The students presented their ideas during the Pre-Conference and Conference held on the 26^th and 27^th of February respectively. The pre-conference had conversational presentations from the participants and their interviewers, while the conference followed a standalone speech format.

Regardless of the format, participants shared short talks on their understanding of this year’s themes, serving as a source of knowledge and inspiration to all those tuning in to the Livestream on YouTube and Facebook. The students could choose any topic that they were passionate about concerning the themes. This gave them a platform to explore interests, personalize their talks which they then presented to their peers, parents, teachers and other members of the Pathways community. 

Overall, #Inspireability was a great opportunity for all students participating to gain experience and share their thoughts, while giving viewers a convenient platform to learn from the speaker’s insights.
