Folding Clothes as a Form of Self-Care and Responsibility
Participating in the task of folding clothes can be a form of self-care that encourages personal responsibility and accountability. This simple activity teaches children valuable skills such as self-discipline, patience, and organization. Recently, Ms. Malvika Arora and Ms. Pinki Bhardwaj conducted an interactive session that utilized role-playing techniques to emphasize the importance of mastering basic household chores, including folding clothes.
The session aimed to enlighten students about how fundamental life skills, like folding clothes, promote a sense of responsibility and prioritization. By cultivating these skills, students can better prepare themselves for the challenges they may face in the future. Ultimately, the goal of the session was to empower students to take charge of their own lives and develop a strong sense of personal responsibility.
