Sixteen students from MYP2 and MYP3 took part in MOSMUN, the Model United Nations hosted by Mount Olympus School Gurugram, on October 6th and 7th. In the midst of a gathering of over 200 students from various schools, our students engaged in debates, collaborations, and negotiations to draft resolutions addressing pressing issues, such as "The stake of the LGBTQAI+ community, with a particular focus on Freedom of Speech, Expression, and Life," and the "Rohingya Refugee Crisis." Abeer Khosla, a student from MYP3, received recognition with a certificate and medal for a "Special Mention" in the UNHRC committee, representing Afghanistan.

All the participants are already eagerly anticipating the next Model United Nations conference!
