On the 3rd of February, the boarders of Zambezi put their culinary skills to the test and engaged in a communal cooking activity. Each of us took turns in making household-favorite parathas. We prepared the dough, rolled it out, filled it with potato, cooked it on a griddle, and served it to one another. This collective effort not only resulted in a flavorful meal but also imparted the lifelong skill of cooking that will undoubtedly stay with us in the years to come.
