World Robotics Olympiad India September 15Pathways World School, Gurgaon
Aryam Ahuja of Grade 3 was invited to in World Robotics Olympiad India 2018 held in Ahmedabad on 15th and 16th of September at "The Arena by TransStadia".
Aryam participated in WEDO - Open Category amongst 50 teams from different cities from the country with total over 1000 participants.
The mission this year was to build a robot that supports the way we grow, share and consume food. The project was to focus around at least one of the following aspects of the Goal 2 of sustainable development:
- Promote sustainable agriculture
- Improve nutrition
- Achieve food security
- End hunger
Aryam was a part of Team Stylers which bagged the 2nd rank nationwide.
He is now selected for the Junior First Lego League to be held in January, 2019 which will give him an opportunity to compete internationally next year.
