As Winston Churchill rightfully stated, 'Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that count.’ it is Pathways World School’s pleasure to bring out the third edition of ‘Inspireability’ 2023. Inspireability, which was a three-day student-led event for Middle School Students, had Live Speakers, and great conversations which followed the traditions and structure of a TEDx conference.

At the conference, our Middle Schoolers shared short talks on persisting through hardships to emerge as better versions of themselves. As mentioned in the invitation, the theme for this year’s Inspireability was the ‘Power of Perseverance. Furthermore, this event had 2 pre-conferences, one for the students of MYP 1-2 and another for MYP 3-4, and 1 main conference. The pre-conferences had speeches for a maximum of 3 minutes with vast stories on topics ranging from skiing to academics. Moreover, the main conference had speeches from students from MYP 1-4 in a slightly larger time frame of 4 minutes discussing topics like insecurities, academics, extracurriculars, inclusion and even random dog stories.
