MYP 1 – Humanities and Language Arts

In the MYP, students' holistic development is nurtured by emphasizing real-world connections through interdisciplinary learning. Recently, MYP 1 learners embarked on an interdisciplinary journey integrating Humanities and Language Arts, delving into Human Rights through dramatic exploration. This approach builds upon their earlier PYP experiences, enhancing their interdisciplinary skills from an early stage.

MYP 2 – Mathematics and Design Technology

In the "User-Centric Design" unit, MYP 2 students made strides in developing their toy/utility projects this week. Skillfully employing woodworking, metalworking, and plastic manipulation techniques in the workshop, they demonstrate dedication towards project completion. Additionally, they initiated discussions on "Multipurpose Objects in Our Lives," exploring the merits and demerits of such objects through interactive sessions.

MYP 3 – Humanities and Science

This week, MYP 3 students were introduced to Interdisciplinary Units (IDUs) bridging the gap between Humanities and Science. Sessions deepened their comprehension through integrated learning, focusing on the topic 'Soil'. Interactive exchanges fostered the sharing of interdisciplinary insights, while a formative quiz served to assess understanding and cultivate ongoing connections between the disciplines.
