In a celebration of collaborative education, Pathways World School hosted the North India & Nepal Network of Schools and Job Alike Session on Saturday, 25th November 2023. The day turned out to be truly inspirational, embodying the theme "Learning and Working Together" with a deep sense of purpose and happiness. The Jobs Alike Session commenced with a delightful breakfast, establishing the tone for a day brimming with learning, collaboration, and nurturing a spirit of camaraderie among all participants. 

 The welcome address, delivered by the School Director, Mrs. Sonya Ghandy Mehta, resonated with warmth and sincerity as she expressed gratitude for the shared commitment to educational excellence. The highlight of the event was a thought-provoking Panel Discussion on the “Skills and competencies, teachers and students need to flourish in this complex interconnected world”. Moderated by Dr. Shalini Advani, Global Commissioner of NEASC, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, the panel included change makers and leaders; Ms. Daisy Raina, the Founding Head of Heritage International Xperential School, Ms. Shalini Nambiar, Director-Principal of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, and Dr. Arunabh Singh, a global education expert. Collectively, they delved into the essential skills and competencies required for both teachers and students to thrive in our intricately interconnected world. 

 The parallel Job Alike Sessions, infused with passion and dedication, covered diverse topics such as AI in Education, Inclusive Environments, Growth Mindset through Assessments, Designing Spaces for Belongingness, Collaborative Learning Protocols, The Role of Technology in the PYP, Embracing Outdoor Learning, From Service to Impact, Role of Assessments in Early Years, Making Impact through PDP, Authentic Learning Connections through ATLs, Reactive to Proactive Science and PYP Exhibition.  

 The event concluded with a Certificate Distribution ceremony and a networking lunch on the School Main Field, fostering connections and collaborations among educators to deepen their sense of belonging and collective purpose. The day created a harmonious tapestry where the threads of partnership, learning, and working together were woven into a masterpiece of transformative education.
